During this time, they were promoted to Platinum Officer, showcasing their exceptional performance and dedication. Shaher’s role involved providing customer service support, resolving inquiries, assisting clients with banking services, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. They also gained experience with systems such as Oracle Flexcube, ACI, TMS, IPN, and DWP.In addition to their professional achievements, Shaher completed the ICDL course from Ain Shams University, which played a significant role in earning an A in their graduation project over two semesters.
