CurrentI consider myself to be an expert in the driving and logistics sector, whilst also holding a strong knowledge of strategic contracts. I also develop new business via cold calling, client visits and various marketing techniques. Recruiting a wide range of skill sets from HGV drivers to warehouse/ FLT staff and engineering.- Full management of 70+ temporary staff under full contacts of employment. This includes payroll, rota and scheduling, disciplinary and grievance processes.- I work closely with clients to provide money saving solutions whilst also increasing our GP.- I liaise with each site manager to gain insight and accurate business forecasts on a regular basis, allowing me to implement my own recruitment strategies to ensure maximum order fulfillment and a growth in revenue stream. - I provide an out of hours service to the clients, often filling orders over the weekend and in the evenings.- I collate and present MI to each site at monthly service review meetings. - I orchestrate and deliver recruitment drives according to the client’s requirements; advertising, screening, interviewing and placing temporary staff. - I manage driver rotas, monitor driving hours and WTD, prioritizing tasks and orders to ensure all areas of my recruitment process runs efficiently.
