• Managing network procurement & contracts team and ensuring that prodcuts & services are purchased at best price whilst ensuring quality and delivery timelines.• Drafting networks domain contracts, adding SLAs and annexures as per feedback from technical teams and ensuring that the contracts are signed in the best interest of company.• Participating in contracts, commercial & technical negotiaitions with vendors for all major RFPs.• Discussing & negotiating legal clauses with vendors and highlighting integral contractual points which are must to have or preferred to have in the contract to ensure Ooredoo’s benefit.• Handling fiber deployment projects amounting 150 Mn USD, detailed contract prepration and negotiaitions in additional to finalization of technical specifications• Negotiating Tower lease deals and finalzing contracts for long term lease amounting more than 200 Mn USD with end to end project responsibility.• Renogoiation of RAN supply agreement with vendors and ensuring that market benchmark prices are paid to vendor for the purchase of equipment.• Finalization of VSAT vendor via initiating RFP and selection of best vendor in terms of best satellite coverage in remote areas of Myanamr.• Renegotiation of managed Services supply agreement with vendor and ensuring that market benchmark prices is paid to vendor for the purchase of services.• Preparing of IBS contract, entering into contract negotiations and selection of final vendor.• Finalizing contracts and negotiations of Antennas, TTAs and telecom implementation services.• Ensuring that all the RFPs are floated via Ariba and all the sourcing policy protocols are followed in true spirit.• Meeting with internal auditors and providing the required materials for review (as and when required).• Preparing and finalizing board paper and ensuring that all the commercials and contractual clauses are reflected in the board paper for approvals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure strict adherence to procurement policy and procedures. Continuous review of existing process to identify and bridge policy gaps. Updating Procurement calendar on Monthly basis and reporting to HQ. Based on the Procurement calendar, proceeding for the purchases as per policy. Coordination with UD, formation of Multi Procurement Team and initiating the procurement process is part of my JD. Shortlisting the avalibale suppliers pool and Finalising Commercial & Non-Commercial Criteria before initiating ITT to suppliers. After reception of offers, preparing detailed evaluation based on offer received and criteria locked, caluculating the overall TCO and ranking vendors. For negotiation either using E-Auction process or using PSCM techniques to get the most competitive offer. Vetting the ranks with management and MPT and proceeding for contract finalisation with the most competitive vendor in terms of overall TCO. Finalising the draft version in actual contract with Contracts team and imposing clauses of liquidated damages if its required.  Facilitate process by way of devising automated tools in different stream and ensure maintaining complete audit trail.  Ensure that the complete and accurate documentation is being received from relevant functions. Training of user departments on the PR to PO process to enhance their awareness and manage expectations Manage Internal stakeholders expectation by way of providing timely update to the relevant function on the control development and management process Ongoing monitoring of complete PR to PO for its effective and efficient management.  Maintaining the log of all the documentation and their secured archiving

STOCK & ASSET: Ensure overall compliance with the stock management procedures. Manage the IN and OUT processes of the stock in (AREA) and ensure the proper implementation of these processes in the sub bases. Ensure the safety and effective use of all ACTED assets and property in the office and sub bases. Ensure the maintenance and repairs of assets and property
