As an export coordinator and planner, prepare all the necessary documents as well as coordinate with the consignor, Customs to make sure that everything can be as per the required time frame.Negotiate and arrange transport of goods for the consignor. and create E-form and I-form (Financial documents) for Export/Import through bank on behalf of consignors. and feed all the shipping and goods detail in Customs System (WEBOC) or (PSW).Coordinate and supervise team so all the operations of the port, customs and logistics are functioning smoothly Check import or export documentation to determine cargo contents and use a tariff coding system(HS CODE) to classify goods according to tariff groups.Tracking of all the in-out positions of cargo and shipment status so there will be no problem in the process.Ensured to quote customers for individual or upcoming series of proposed shipments and advised customers of overseas requirements for import, and export and explained possibilities of delays in transit.
