As a Project Coordinator and SBCC Consultant with over 14 years of experience in Social Behavior Change (SBC) Communication, I have successfully managed and implemented various immunization programs, such as Polio, COVID-19, HPV, and Routine Immunization, in different contexts and settings. I have a strong background in Behavioral Insights, New Vaccine Introduction, Social Data, Public Health and Social Measures (PHSM), Digital and Infodemic Management, and Communication Strategies.In my most recent role at Viamo, I developed and executed SBCC via Mobile Messaging for the Expanded Program on Immunization, addressing vaccine hesitancy, misinformation, disinformation, and increasing demand for vaccines. I also supported the Health Section of UNICEF Country Office in Laos as a SBCC Consultant, where I conducted a Root Cause Analysis of a Measles Outbreak, facilitated the launch of HPV vaccine by creating Demand, initiated and produced quarterly national EPI newsletters, and assisted in COVID-19 early response activities.
