As a consultant (LSDGs/Thematic areas), I am actively involved in empowering rural governance and Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) through the development and execution of Panchayat Development Plans aligned with UN SDGs. Concurrently, I oversee the real-time capture of training data and organize capacity-building initiatives for Community-Based Training (CB&T) programs. In my previous role at the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, I made significant contributions to initiatives focusing on employment generation, skill development, and career counseling. Notably, I led the transformation of a district employment exchange into a career center and assisted in replicating this successful model across multiple centers. Additionally, I provided training, mentoring, and support to gram panchayats, enhancing governance and facilitating the preparation of SDG-focussed plans during my tenure at NIRDPR. With over five years of diverse experience across public policy, SDGs, engineering, ed-tech, and social service sectors, I have cultivated skills in community development, fundraising, and women's leadership, all aimed at fostering positive and lasting impacts in the communities I serve.
