I am currently working in a role of “Manager Billing & Customer Relations”. My job responsibilities in the above role include following;• Prepare and supervise billing to customers.• Communication and Coordination with the customer regarding issues related to billing and recovery.• Custodian of all “Business Agreements” with Business Associates / Project Clients along with follow up of renewals with Sales / Marketing Team.• Preparing recovery reports and coordinate with customers for smooth recovery in due time.• Coordination / follow up with operations regarding necessary documents needed to raise timely invoices to debtors. • Coordination / follow up with operations regarding necessary documents needed to raise timely invoices to debtors. • Ensuring timely and correct entry of financial information.
