I am always looking to help people with their current employment status and improve upon it.Consultant for various projects and assignments designed to recruit qualified professionals and Executives within a variety of industries including manufacturing and engineering, sales and marketing, IT, government, energy, etc.Have been rewarded with past company bonuses for outstanding work involving 5-figure placements of various management consulting professionals. Responsible for phases within the recruiting and hiring cycle, including understanding position requirements.Post positions on various sites, source candidates, review resumes, prescreen candidates, and work with Management Team to schedule and conduct interviews. Apply behavioral based interviewing and other techniques to identify the best qualified candidate pool.Establish strong working relationships with department leads, hiring managers and HR to better understand and prioritize their hiring needs and manage expectations.
