My mission is to provide effective and efficient project management, implementation, and design of ELV systems, fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control systems, and IT networking for government and private clients. As the CEO of Stealth Solutions Pune, I lead a dynamic and diverse team of engineers, technicians, and supervisors who share my vision and values of excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction.In my current role, I manage the overall operations, strategy, and growth of Stealth Solutions Pune, a government contractor for LV projects. I oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across various domains, such as security, automation, BMS, and network systems. I also represent my organization in front of clients and contractors, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Some of my notable achievements include securing a large contract with the Government of Maharashtra ,Government of Goa, Skill Development Department increasing the user retention rate by 25%, and implementing a six sigma methodology to improve the quality and efficiency of our processes. I leverage my skills in engineering, AutoCAD, and CCNA certification to ensure that our solutions are innovative, reliable, and cost-effective.
