The CRM is maintained by IBM. CA WILY APM is deployed to monitor and trouble performance of the CRM. Using CEM (Customer Experience Manager) user experience is monitored and using Introscope application performance is monitored.3. Wily Tool implementing on different stacks at Airtel Data Center such as Telemedia, Selfcare, DTH, AIRTEL.IN etc.Note: INTROSCOPE/CEM version 9.0.5.6 and 9.1.0.1/2 used in this project.

Its meteorological research project and it’s simulation for real-time, the design and development is required for weather mapping and forecasting.It is fully research oriented which includes the development of optimal algorithm for modeling the climate cycle which receives the input from satellite in arbitrary format and work in real-time environment with more user friendly (GUI) and display the weather map with forecasting.
