Responsibilities  Update the Streamline Implementation Dashboard. Update and maintain all team project plans, ensuring constant tracking of all tasks. Adjust the resourcing plan for all the Distribution Streamline roles in line with the new GSAP plan, deploy approach, retrofit and sustain/improve requirements as they arise. Identify resource constraints & investigate use of regional/satellite teams for further implementations cluster opportunities; Track the Distribution Streamline implementation Costs and FTEs providing a monthly analysis to Streamline Business Lead. Track and review Distribution Workarounds and Step-outs. Produce and distribute project risk matrix to agreed stakeholder groups. Ensure Distribution related issues in the global log are properly logged and updated and report on the progress with issue resolution.  Support the use of the PM Toolkit, and monitor that it is correctly applied. Implementation of streamlined business processes for Hydrocarbon Management  Stakeholder management including local and global teams Issue resolution via internally used software’s like PM Toolkit and HPQC  Configuration of master data and testing of business scenarios in GSAP & GIBKey Achievements  Project has been successfully implemented since 1st April, 2010 in Pakistan  Trained over 90 staff in various functionalities of GSAP, PGS, GIB and Streamline

Responsibilities Terminal operations management at one of the largest Shell’s Oil Terminal with annual throughput of around 800 Million liters including bulk fuels and additives received in terminal via pipelines from refineries and trucks to customers in a supply envelope of 30,000 Sq. Responsibilities Liaison with 15 oil terminals/JV’s of Shell all across Pakistan with total 306 staff members Monitoring of US$3 Million Opex & US$1 Million Capex expenditures  Reporting and monitoring of any CP Non compliance of company procedure for presentation to S&D LT with follow up on action items closure.  Co-ordinate with network for manpower contracts renewal and liaison with contractor’s for induction and reduction in manpower. To conduct budget projection exercise and compilation of data after challenge session Monitor performance of network with respect to DPET, DOR, Budget through CNP, BIC/SMI, Product Loss Gain & Unit cost  To track and maintained network performance against deliverables of HSSE Work Plan Monthly monitoring of all engineering projects for depots network Compilation of Global weekly and monthly highlights reports global reporting To liaison with Supply department with regards to product replenishment at depots Ensure that operational locations are following product sampling procedures in line with the rules laid down by the Government of Pakistan Maintaining records of the legal cases and to extend support to Head office in dealing with Government Institutions in Lahore region Ensure compliance of all business activities in ERP system according to the Business control Frame work
