 Experienced professional in full life cycle of recruitment (candidate sourcing, screening, identifying, negotiating, technical queries, interviewing, closing of the candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates etc. ) and my job profile is to find the best candidates possible for all the requirements put them in front of us by the clients by the use of job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder etc. & also by the means of LinkedIn and Google Groups and can provide the best suitable candidates for the requirements. Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing, and negotiation of compensation packages. Screening candidates based on resource manager's job description, relevant knowledge and experience for required skill sets, functional skills and communication skills. Regular follow up with candidate from first contact till the joining of the candidate. Coordinate salary expectations, counter offers, benefits and interview. Established tracking systems resume submission and follow-up. Responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, checking references and updating job boards. Managing the existing database besides aiming to make addition in that. Keeping Track of Responses, Scheduling and Coordinating interview for the short listed candidates. Familiar with all the Tax Terms (C2C, 1099, W2) Expertise in using job portals like Dice, CareerBuilder and JobDiva (Applicant Tracking System). Successfully placed consultants for various skills and also have hands on experience working on various skill sets.
