1,Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly, quarterly and annual accounts 2,Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures3,Maintain accuracy and completeness of financial records together with an understanding of providing an adequate audit trail4,Assist in maintaining and reconciling petty cash5,Assist in month end closing and all associated reconciliations6,Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met7,Prepare salaries, bank checks and disburse the same8,Process invoices, prepare payment vouchers, bank checks of all project related expenses and disbursements to recipients9,Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closings.10,Assist in establishing implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures11,Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities12,Develop and maintain financial data bases13,Assist in financial audit preparation and assist coordination the audit process14,Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses assigned15,Perform other related duties as required and assigned.16,Maintain Ledger of Financial Records & Stock Register in Computer17,Responsible for all Income Tax related activities/expenses.
