● Ensure that works is being carried out as per approved drawings & specifications. ● Supervision of activities like painting, epoxy flooring, tiling, waterproofing work, masonry and plastering work.● Installation and maintenance of drywall, false ceiling, stone cladding, flooring, doors, bathrooms and kitchen accessories.● Plan the work for at least a week in advance with Project Coordinator.● Puts up the requisition for material, machinery and labour requirements in advance to Project Coordinator.● Preparation of consolidated report of all activities of the day, and forward the same to project Coordinator.● Pre-plan the work in consultation with coordinator.● Plan for material, labour, equipments for the day’s work.● At the area of the work, ensure maximum labour output and progress, with utmost priority to quality and aim for zero wastage of material.● Keeping work areas clean during and after work.● Get approvals at site for the executed works from the consultants. ● Conduct Building Condition Assessment for Civil and Architectural works and prepare Reports.● Do snags for all types of interior and exterior finishes of building. ● Inspection for Facade work, Landscape (hardscape & softscape). ● Inspection for road condition, signages and markings. ● Asset verification and snagging for bathroom fixtures and kitchen accessories.● Conduct Master key verification for buildings. ● Daily reports to Coordinator, properly documented on quantum of Work done, material and manpower consumption. ● Prepare weekly schedules and monitor the subcontractors and workers.● Managing and reviewing the progress of targets devoted to subcontractors.● Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the work on the site.

● Site execution, project planning and management.● Supervision of material, labour, concrete works (RCC, PCC) & finishing works, layout and brick work, plaster, excavation and trench work, steel checking, shuttering and levelling according to drawing.● Supervise excavation and construction of earth pits, civil foundation of CCTV cameras poles & light poles, smart fence, Electrical Distribution Board (EDB) foundation, Vertical Arm Barrier (VAB) foundation, Bollard foundation, Boom barrier foundation, Anti-Terror Bollard (ATB) foundation and Automation gate erection, Network rooms, Control and Command rooms.● Co-ordinate with client & vendors.● Prepare BBS, BOQ and JMR.● Submit DPR to Project Manager.● Managing more than 100 workers and supervisors on site.● Educate workers about quality and inspect all the work to ensure they follow quality norms.● Executing all the works as per QMS Standard.● Oversee safety matters on site.● Dealing with internal as well as external safety auditors at regular interval.

●Check reinforcement details for column, beam, shear wall, retaining wall, raft foundation as per structural and architectural plan.●Verify surveying points with surveyor and establish reference points & elevation to guide construction activities.●Monitoring assembling and dismantling of Aluminium Formwork System as per Plan.●Conduct Pre-& Post Concrete checks & Snagging .●Monitoring Post Tensioning work for PT slab such as laying of tendon profile, stressing & grouting.●Supervising activities such as Scaffolding, Centering, Shuttering, Bar Bending, Concrete Pouring, Curing and De-shuttering.●Check concrete for slump, temperature, w/c ratio, grade etc before casting.●Raise IR for consultant inspection & ensure that points given by the consultant are attended.●Maintain checklist of different construction activities like steel, shuttering, concreting, plaster, block work etc.●Any deviation in the drawing bring to the notice of site architect & attend the same.●Coordination with site supervisor, site engineer & construction manager for smooth running of project.●Coordination with sub-contractors for the quality points observed in their work like back-filling, block work, plastering, tiling, granite work and painting.●Quality pep talk, work awareness sessions with the sub-contractors.Highlights:●Checking the Quality of concrete strengths regarding the grade, 7days & 28 days test●Checking the Quality of steel as per structural requirement, diameter, shape, defects, cracks●Maintaining Monthly quality reportsConducting Lab/Field Test as per ITP & maintain test reports, material inspection reports & documentation of testing process.
