Leading procurement and Contracts Department:Mange all the procurement and purchase related to projects and ensure the in time availability of required materials at site.Making work packages of the awarded projects and ensure the on board availability of initial subcontractors during the mobilization period.Supporting the commercial department in preparation of green sheet and project budget sheet. Call for prequalification of subcontractors and vendors.Review and Supervise the inquiry process to prequalified subcontractors/Vendors.Selection and award of work to selected subcontractors/vendors within budget and adherent to quality. Contract administration and commercial support to the commercial manager including:Preparation of enquiries and tender documents.Prepare contracts, in compliance with company polices and FIDIC. Review claims & VOs for clients and subcontractorsAnalyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms.Maintain organized contract files including contract correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications and paymentsConducting contract related correspondence with clients and subcontractors, regarding work progress and deliverables status, Changes to scope and deliverablesPrepare and request for prequalification. Review contractor’s claims/VariationsEnsure the submission of contractors’ insurance and performance bonds in accordance with contract other contractual documents.Interim evaluations of work delivered and work in progress.
