I worked in STC as a PMO Manager to manage FTTx projects with the objectives to achieve the strategic goals of the company. My duties and achievements as a Project Manager are mentioned below, • Achieved record number of FTTX sites and generated high revenue under the year 2014• Ensure the Implementation of standardized project management processes and execution* Setting targets for District Management and following up Section Manager and PM for 100% delivery• Provide governance and control through the life cycle of project. • Managing contractors’ services, control quality and quantity of work performed. • Conduct regional meetings and discussions with Design, Planning, O&M and IT sections regarding implementation issues as raised by project teams and contractors or vendors. • Identify Risks and plan risk responses accordingly to avoid potential delays to field implementation progress.• Submit the Projects'​ status and reports in Daily/Weekly and monthly basis to the OSP fixed network implementation director.

* Planned, executed and closed the STC USF3 & 3G6 project of 237 swap indoor and outdoor sites, 8 repeaters, 5 BSCs, 3 RNCs.* Planned, executed and closed the project of 245 New greenfield sites from civil RFI to customer acceptance* Managed more than 10 subcons selection, evaluation and follow up for work progress* Prepared and approved the responsibility matrix.* Coordinate with Back office, integration teams, front office and managed service team till the sites were on air and accepted by client.* Conduct the cost analyses and resources planning for the project based on the execution plan.* Prepare PIP and ensure to achieve project cost, timelines and milestones* Preparing and reviewing telecom implementation tracker on daily basis and sharing progress reports with higher management and client* Monitor and minimize the project variations or gaps that can affect the project baselines * Define reporting and communication channels in the project.* Ensure the quality of installation & consumption of materials which is claim by vendors through randomly audit.* Ensure all potential problem situations are properly analyzed prior to actual swap, and that roll-back plans are established and known in detail by all involved parties before physical swap activities start at site.* Handling Overall Technical responsibility of Implementation of services as per the BTS , BSS, Transmission scope & Final Acceptance completion from the Customer (STC)* Ensure that project progress results are compiled, documented and forwarded to client in required format, quantity and quality, and according to agreed time schedules.
