 Responsible for Strategic Business Development with customers for Wireless Implementation, Managed Services and Telecom Solutions & Supplies business groups. Develop and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary to seniormanagement. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop intelligent mapping of Project Implementation Milestones with customer’s agreed implementation plan and track down project deliverables should be as per Project Implementation Plan. Manages all aspects of the Project Management Office with all associated coordination, reporting,development of processes and procedures. Hire and manage resources (Internal, External and Subcontractors) according to approved organization structure. Manage project team meetings and active follow-up on implementation of agreed action points with all internal and external stakeholders. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Managing the launch of new projects, Contracts Management and conflict resolution. Working closely with the sales teams for project bidding, contract negotiation and Key Account Management. Developing solutions, dimensioning, technical compliance for contract handling and during tender/RFP/RFQ phase in line with requirements and provide necessary clarification during the BID Evaluation phase. Liaison with customer and commercial team to resolve all long pending PO and Payment issues.
