Provide professional, remote (from the RP office) support in a fast-paced environment.Provide front line remote support for incoming requests and manages these requests in the Help Desk ticketing system as they progress towards resolution.Responsibilities includes triaging, routing, alerting, issue isolation, troubleshooting and resolution of systems and applicationsIdentifies recurring problems, works with the team to identify the root cause, then plans and executes the necessary steps to eliminate possibility of reoccurrencesOwn and contribute to the KnowledgebasePrepare and support product launch/go-livesConduct scheduled maintenance, patching, and deploymentsImplement, deploy, and migrate systems and applicationsTake part in the pager rotation to provide support coverage during non-business hours

 Direct the development, implementation and administration of all IT. Perform Project management of IT initiatives. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services. Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments. Oversee hiring, staffing, training, disciplining and performance appraisals. Preparation and management of operating and capital budgets. Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancements Manage internal/external application upgrades. Define and improve all system and network operations processes. Negotiate contracts with manufacturers for all software, hardware and consulting services. Create strategic goals and convert to easily implemented plans. Manage external vendors relationships and services. Handle Users query or problem over phone and directly and through Remote Access. Maintain a channel of communication between clients, vendors and other teams for any issue. Handle Internal Employee’s query or problems over phone. Provide Timely resolution and effective documentation. Proactive and logical thinking in resolving problem. Follow-up with vendors in case of hardware or software problem. Co-ordinate with third party vendors for maintenance and instillation. Providing a single point of contact to the users over the phone
