Database management and Data support: •Manage customer information from various channels and sources and bridging information from one system to another.•Extract data from various sources, e.g. Data warehouse, CRM, Toad, check quality of data and update various dashboards for regular business updates.Achievement:•Successfully completed the “Subscription Digitalization” project of 2.3 million business subscribers.•Got employee of the year award in 2014 for best role in data support.2. Data reconciliation and Compliance management:•Reconcile the sales and service data by applying various methods and logics to maintain the compliance issue.•Reconcile the customer information and rectify if any inconsistent information found.Achievement:•Successfully worked with a team engaged in reconciliation of sales and service request form archiving and data entry of 2.3 million customers.•Introduced the “Service compliance reports” which helps to find out the compliance loopholes and prevent the financial loss of the company.3.
