Have been working with renowned Textile and RMG factories and successfully accomplished more than 8 years of experience in the textile sector and achieved sound knowledge on garments raw materials, manufacturing, textile processing, and become an expert in quality control, fabric sourcing & development, color analysis, inspection, testing, garments washing, sustainability in woven, knit, and denim fabric. I am energetic and want to learn new things and like to take challenges. As recognition of my work excellency, I have been certified as a TCFT(Tesco Certified Fabric Technologist) & TCCE( Tesco Certified Colour Expert) from Tesco Sourcing Ltd and become a trusted Tech for the company. I have completed my graduation from Bangladesh University of Textiles, specializing in Fabric Manufacturing & Engineering.At present, as a more dynamic and challenging profession, I am doing job as a Sr. Fabric technologist at Dewhirst Group, a UK-based buying office, maintaining my position with a great reputation in terms of quality, ethics, and standards. Before that, I was in Hirdaramani Group (Regency Garments Ltd) as Fabric Technologist where I worked closely with the production and washing team to understand quality issues, comprehend multifaced problems, and gain analytical and strategic problem-solving skills to improve processes and maintain timeline to achieve the goal. I started my career as a production executive in fabric weaving at Thermax Group and looked after the pre- & postproduction process, researching, and developing sample fabric for new and existing customers which elevated my solid technical knowledge.As this position requires critical problem-solving skills and strategic decision-making ability as well as good teamwork with great technical performance, I believe with my skills, qualifications, and experiences I can make a significant contribution to your organization
