I provided mentoring, training and guidance to 20 QREs on reserves related matters throughout the 3 annual reserves cycles. Note that this was a parallel Business Unit wide role and overlapped with two core assignments (NOJV Reservoir Management Lead and Alder Subsurface Team Lead).
