Responsible for planning and execution of all Non-Rig Well Work (NRWW) intervention activities deploying Slickline, E-line and Coil Tubing equipment on Lay Barges and SEWOPs. Assets include 26 JV fields (40% CNL as Operator, 60% NNPC), spread across onshore Niger Delta and coastal offshore areas in shallow water. The following are the most common types of well interventions that we execute: *SLICKLINE* - Flowing & Static BHPs, Well Plugging / Unplugging, SCSSV and STORM choke servicing, GL Valves changeouts, Perforation Addition, Leak detection with PLTs and Noise Logs, Well Restoration (Swabbing), Fishing; *ELECTRIC LINE* - Cased hole logging (RST/RPM/PLT), Perforation, Tubing Punch; *COILED TUBING* - Stimulation, Cement Plugback, Scale / Sand Cleanout; *OTHERS* - Wellhead Maintenance, Xmas Tree valves Change-out, Hot-Oiling.Supervisory Role for 9 Chevron employees (2 of them are Team Leads), ~30 Labour Contract and Service Contract Production Engineers, as well as Base Managers for various Service Providers (Halliburton, Schlumberger, Zukus, Weafri, Wellberg, Benek, MegaServe, Poseidon, OilData, GeoPlex, Baker, Ebibo, JAD, Dewayles). Total size of the team including field personnel ~160-290 depending on the overall level of activity.OPEX Budget ownership (multi-$MM) supporting all Non-Rig Well Work activities. Managed historically highest barge count of 9 (5 offshore, 4 onshore) during second half of 2019.
