My role as an educational director is to provide leadership & authority within any educational institution. I work on ensuring that all the academic policies & curriculums are followed. I also develop & track benchmarks for measuring institutional success. I participate in hiring qualified employers needed for the required job. I believe that maintaining a healthy working environment in any institution is crucial for providing quality work. I work on providing consueling & guidance services to educators, students & parents. I always seek to provide solid training programs & workshops to educators & parents to help build the students' characters & improve their educational levels so that they become active people in their society.
