As one of the founding partners with AV, I found it very exciting to help build a cutting-edge business from the ground up. I immediately embraced the fact that I was in a very challenging and dynamic environment, managing various parts of the operations. I oversaw product development and management as well as securing the company's first clients. My role also involved the management of the company's financials, growing the development team, and researching the market. A major change I initiated was shifting the company's product to a SaaS product/pay model, making the company far more competitive and increasing revenue by 600%.
