• Support the Digital Project Delivery Team(s) in day to day BIM implementation activities
• Provide progress and performance updates to clients on fortnightly and monthly basis
• Record, store and maintain all formal correspondences related to BIM activities
• Support the deployment (hardware and software) and provide hands-on BIM software training for Project team members.
• Develop 3D/2D dimensional models required for drawing preparation, reporting and presentation.
• Prepare engineering drawings comprises of basic arrangements, layouts, profiles, sections etc.

• Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules. Preparing Bill of Quantities and Value Engineering
• Carries out design, redesign activities under the guidance of the services division manager on medium voltage systems, low voltage systems, low current systems and fire alarm systems as may be required.
• Assemble documentation packages and produce drawing sets which are then checked by an engineer or an architect.
• Identifies and verifies specifications by examining engineering documents and performing calculations.
