I am Norshahira, graduate from Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) International Business, Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). A highly self-motivated graduate with leadership and teamwork capabilities, who likes to take initiative and seek out new challenges currently seeking for an entry-level position/ junior executive where I can apply my skills and bring a noteworthy contribution to this organization. Having graduated from UiTM has exposed me to interaction and teamwork with students with high intellect and belonging to various background as well as completed a wide range of subjects that provide me with a firm base of knowledge and I had worked tirelessly on my communication skills which I will put to use in my future career. As for work experience, I presently hold the position of Business Development Executive cum PA to General Manager of Corporate and Legal Affairs Department at Zikay Group Berhad, where my tasks involve crafting business proposals to draw more revenue from clients and assisting in administrative work. Prior to this, I was a Process Executive at Cognizant Technology, where I needed to analyze and identify content that was not compliant with standard requirements, as well as assist in the resolution of inquiries in accordance with defined policies and procedures. I believe my knowledge, skills and abilities could create new ideas to foster the goals of a company. I am looking forward to gaining an entry to serve the company where I could use and enhance my skills as well as gain experience for the future development of myself.
