Director Of EngineeringMeta Nov 2018 - Apr 2023Menlo Park, Ca, Us- Rebranded and rebuilt the team to support all Connectivity Infrastructure initiatives and started supporting Wi-Fi, RAN, AI/ML, QoE, Edge and Cloud software within the Connectivity Tech Innovation (CTI) pillar towards evolution of the Internet to be Metaverse ready (200+ Connectivity org, with several org and technology leaders -- the org added 300M+ people to the internet). Collaborated with Network, Traffic, Video (Reels) and Remote Presence (Messenger) teams on AI-driven optimizations.- Engineering Director supporting Cellular SWE team at Connectivity and expanded with two more teams from Northridge, CA site exit in 2021 (60+).
