Bid the project and provided Quote for Cisco UC320W Phone system with 10 SPA504G and 5 SPA501G Phones, SF500-24P SwitchConfigured and provided UC320W phone system with SPA500 series phones and SF500-24P switch.

Worked with Wi-MAX/WiFi test and product verification team and tested and verified the EION products from customer prospective. Wrote test documents and perform the different tests on the EION wireless products. Tested different test case scenario with configuring of VLAN, Pointe to Pointe and Pointe to Multi Pointe network on EION Libra-MAX, Libra-plus products with using Cisco, Nortel and HP switches in intra network. Worked with verifying the VOIP digital and analog Gateways with EION products. Tested T1/E1 configuration on VOIP Digital Gateways with Tidal-500 T1/E1 over IP gateway. Worked with new product development testing. Verified the new software performance on the EION`s future product.

Provide desktop computer support for Windows 2000, Windows XP, Linux Fedora and Hardware and software issues. Maintain all computers regularly with regular updates and trouble free from viruses and spywares. Provide technical support to voice and data network with consisting of TCP/IP, Ethernet Switches, Cisco Routers, and Voice phone network. Support two different networks at work place with Cisco router and Novell switches using static routing and VLAN. Provide 100 % voice network running on all telephone extensions. Worked on Windows 2000 – 2003 and Linux servers and provide support to windows and network security.
