About Keya Shah

I am a senior at Hofstra University studying Cybersecurity and Computer Science. I am working towards graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science in Cybersecurity in 2025 and a Master's of Science in Artificial Intelligence in 2026. At Hofstra, I have had various classes teaching me how to code and problem solve. But particularly at Hofstra, I love working on real life problems and projects with my peers sharpening my public presence and technical skills at the same time. I have completed IT and cybersecurity internships along with Breakthrough Tech AI where I had my first real introduction and hands-on experience with AI and ML. I have loved working with others as it expanded knowledge and allowed to me to break out of my shell, especially within my internships. I love the diversity of the computer science field and have a great desire to learn more everyday, even within the working world. I am excited to gain more experience and understanding within the industry. My goal is to contribute, encourage, and help those around me as much as I can.
