As a manager, I am responsible for all tasks related to programme implementation including programme design, logistical processes, procurement, finance, HR (preparing new Job Descriptions, conducting interviews, following on well-being of staff) and administration linked to child protection program. Supervision of monitoring activities, contributing to project proposals through recommendation of activities and budgeting, overseeing timeliness and accuracy of internal reporting and writing external reports. Sectoral coordination in Cox’s Bazar, cooperation with local community structures and higher-level government representatives. I had worked for capacitating project staff comprising of medical officers, physiotherapists, caregivers, psychosocial counselors, WaSH officers, and provided technical support to different humanitarian actors on CBP, CRM, protection and inclusion of older people and older people with disabilities, advocating on promoting older people and older people with disabilities inclusive humanitarian response, representing HAI to donor agencies, consortium partners, different working groups and also working as a focal for HAI’s Cox’s Bazar operation. I had managed 622 VDCs, organized National and Divisional Level Advocacy Dialogues, trained up 200 UP and UPSC Members on different subjects including Leadership, Social Accountability, RTI, UP Open Budget Process and CVA. I had also developed different modules, Policy Briefs while created scopes of AIGA/TVET and Job Placement for Community Youths, Linked up with DYD and other Like-minded organizations.
