 As a Customer Success Specialist, I am responsible to ensure that the customers achieve success with their chosen solution; which is driven by effective implementation, high user adoption, and high return on investment. Oversee the successful implementation/configuration of Replicon’s product suite for each customer account by working with an Implementation Specialist. Engage and individually manage a portfolio of key Enterprise customers. Work closely with stakeholders within each customer account to identify their work flow processes and business challenges to create a Business Requirements document and project plan in regards to the successful implementation of their chosen Replicon solution. Develop a strategy for each account that identifies their critical success factors, measurable milestones, potential obstacles and recommended plan of action. Product Development – Work with Product Management Team on product gaps identified while working with the clients, assisting with business case and user story development. Risk Identification and Management – Responsible for identification of risks (timelines, product limitations for critical requirements), tracking and internal and client communication and working as escalation point for clients.
