Brainbaazi is one of India’s largest live quiz game show. The game starts at 9:00PM and the host asks 11 questions and if you got them all correct, you share 100K INR prize money with the winners.My role was to conduct competitor research, wireframe and prototype the app, create a logo and branding styles, solve complex UX problems, create high fidelity visuals, and work with devs to ensure correct implementation in both Android and iOS.Full case study: http://shahnawazjaved.com/projects/brainbaazi.html

- Led the design for a very successful Android app revamp for gaana.com which resulted in a massive increase in daily active users and a few months later the app was featured on Google Play Store.- Worked closely with the product team to simplify the navigation by introducing tabs in Android and iOs apps of Gaana. Thus helping users find content easily.- Introduced a more visible and usable queue to help make Gaana a habit forming product.- Solved the search usability issues with product team and designed a simple and intuitive interface for quick search results.- Worked closely with Product team on Gaana's Website revamp to improve the navigation and information architecture of the website.- Also worked on other small projects like Gaana for Android TV and some UX improvements on Gaana Windows App.

Founch was a content curation platform much like an advanced form of Wikipedia. Instead of having only text information in a lengthy and boring format like in Wikipedia, Founch had more visual information as well as live information related to the topic, personality or place. In the first phase of building Founch, we started with Celebrities only, to maintain quality of information. Founch had to be discontinued as our team ran out of funds and we had to get aquihired by Times Internet.
