Additionally, I developed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for store operations in the field of Story Role Play and Experience Room, ensuring efficiency and consistency in daily operations. I ensured all store staff understood and adhered to the established SOPs, making adjustments and improvements as needed. I managed the recruitment, training, and development processes for various roles in the store, ensuring each team member had the skills and knowledge needed for optimal performance. Furthermore, I created and implemented continuous training programs to enhance staff competencies and motivation, fostering career development. I conducted market analysis to determine competitive and profitable game pricing based on cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations and market trends. By analyzing data and customer feedback, I made necessary pricing adjustments and marketing strategy changes. I also created and implemented effective reporting mechanisms to monitor game sales and bookings, ensuring business performance could be accurately measured and analyzed. Lastly, I prepared periodic reports on business performance and provided strategic recommendations based on the data obtained for further improvement and development.
