As a Project Manager, I actively participated in or followed various processes of the Project management life cycle.- Work with the project sponsor to help create the project charter. and collected the requirements and completed the project scope. -Work with team members to decompose the scope and create the WBS along with the scope baseline. and create the project schedule and budget. -Create a quality management plan to ensure all quality requirements will be reached once the project is executed. -Complete all risk assessments by identifying all risks and responses and storing them in the risk register. -Analyzed all stakeholders for communication requirements and determine ways to keep them engaged. -Analyzed all project activities and assigned resources to create the resource management plan to the creation of the project management plan. -Acquire the team and start the work. As the project work was getting done, I ensured team conflicts were resolved correctly and stakeholder changes were processed through the project change management processes. - Reviewed the work on daily basics to ensure there was no scope creep and it was getting done on time and within budget. - After deliverables were completed, I manage the sponsor acceptance of these deliverables. and finally closed the project by conducting a final lesson learned, formally releasing the team, and achieving the project records. - Follow Scrum Ceramoney like Scrum Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review & Sprint Retrospective.
