Their clientele is mostly from India and MEA.As the Lead Legal Counsel at Safelyne Solutions India, I am entrusted with overseeing various critical aspects of operations within the organization. Even though contract management, drafting, and litigation management form the cornerstone of my responsibilities, I often engage in liaison activities and smoothen the transactions with clients from MEA and other international jurisdictions. I oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts with various departments of the organisation, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and safeguarding the interests of our organization.
