As an experienced Inspection Engineer, I have a robust background in upholding the highest quality and safety standards throughout my career in the oil and gas industry. My primary responsibilities include the regular inspection, recording/documentation and report all inspection findings done on refinery static equipment as per set schedules (OSI and OOSI) using approved/acceptable API, ASME & NDT methods. All inspection findings shall be reviewed and evaluated in accordance with API/ASME standards/ codes and repair recommendations shall be prepared together with the IP, ITPs and appropriate NDT techniques/methods.

• Implement project hazard management philosophy and basis of design in accordance with contract, project and HSEQ requirements• Compile and format data to generate reports for weekly/monthly meetings• Evaluate vendor/suppliers design and engineering documents with regards to HSE adequacy and compliance• Prepare HSE plan for sites• Work with the site managers in order to execute the safety plan• Inspect all sites activities works, tools, and equipment, verify that it is done according to the safety regulations• Responsible for approving all subcontractors’ safety plans and verify that all employees will participate in safety training / PTW• Inspect industrial accidents and safety mishaps• Regular updates to HSE manager• Responsible for handling PTW of subcontractors •To collect, compile and validate HSE statistics in accordance with Corp and Project requirements•Read, understand company Standards, Procedures and Policies and implement where required•Coordinate with other departments on design, problems, and questions•Keep discipline and cohesive environment in the office.•reviewing project specification, data sheets•Experience in MS Office
