- Led development of Gojek's in-house MLOps platform CaraML (github.com/caraml-dev). The platform handles billions of predictions a month for all of Gojek's critical ML models including pricing, driver allocation and routing.- Led FinOps to reduce IT COGS for Gojek, got spend under budget within 3 months. Implemented a 3 prong strategy: centralised cost vs budget reporting to a single view, improved cost attribution for accountability and dedicated initiatives to cut obvious waste quickly.- Led the team building a custom container deployment platform to consolidate all 160+ Kubernetes clusters run by various application teams to a single platform. The platform runs critical services like driver allocation and supports simple zero downtime cluster upgrades.
