As a member of the teaching staff at Kumon, I play a crucial role in fostering a positive and effective learning environment for students. Facilitate Class Sessions:-Conducted tutorials for up to 200 students, reinforcing concepts covered in lectures.Assist professors in conducting lectures, discussions, and workshops, ensuring the smooth flow of instructional content.3. One-on-One and Group Tutoring:-Provide one-on-one and group tutoring to students, addressing their academic needs and concerns.-Conduct review sessions to reinforce key concepts and help students prepare for exams.4. With our partner at Uniper Energy, I was the research lead of the project involving 2 master's students and 2 undergrad students through a university course, working team with Uniper on carbon credit trading in the Quebec California carbon market.The project performed 10 technical analysis indicators using Python. The indicators included simple and exponential moving averages, moving average convergence divergence, RSI, stochastic oscillator, Bollinger bands, n-day extremes, pivot point, etc. Out of them Bollinger bands and simple and exponential moving averages had statistically significant results, and predicted next days price direction 58%-60% of the time.The project was also involved in macroeconomic factor analysis of the market using Excel, Python, SQL and ARIMA.Skills: Oil and Gas, Market Research, Carbon Market, Writing, Communication, Teamwork, Attention to Detail, MS Excel, SQL.
