As in-charge of the program department, I have managed and executed 18 different regular television programs for the television.

As a Radio Technical Consultant on JHUCCP i have been working very closely with “Bangladesh Betar Coxs Bazar” and “Radio Naf”, Here I assist and provide some technical support on some regular weekly program such as "Beggunerlai", "Jiboner jonno", " Courtyard sessions " & " Round table discussion". Beside this, i provide them some Script for Radio PSA’s, Puthi path Programs, ARLC connectivity show and conduct Bangladesh Betar Coxs Bazar Regular Editorial Meetings.I conduct several workshops for ACLB (Radio Naf) and Bangladesh Betar Cox's Bazar to improve production quality and staff efficiency.To increase capacity of their regular staff and production standard of ACLAB (Radio Naf) and Bagladesh Betar Coxs Bazar I Conduct some workshop as yell.

After initial briefing by the senior editorial staff or Producer, undertake independent research to a broad or specific brief, using all sources of reference, both internal and external, including proper note-taking. Such research may involve either a journalistic or academic approach, and may involve finding and contacting individuals and organisations; finding locations for filming; identifying and selecting stock shots and film clips; making a preliminary selection of suitable material and music.• Deliver a solid grounding in journalistic methods for example the ability to research a topic, spot a story and write it up clearly and engagingly.• Evaluate research in terms of programme aims and intentions and write persuasive treatments and concise briefs on potential stories and contributors for both directors and expert presenters.• Looking after presenters and contributors on shoots and recces when required.• Working with directors to ensure that all shoots work within BBC Health and Safety guidelines.• View archive material, select relevant sections and arrange viewing facilities for the director.• Be prepared to work as part of a strong and effective team, consistent with BBC values. Able to demonstrate judgement and where appropriate refer issues to more experienced members of the production team.• Take responsibility for delivering to tight deadlines while maintaining the highest documentary making standards.• Suggest strong stories and offer creative and compelling ways of presenting research material within the programme.• Find and make initial contact with appropriate contributors; ascertain their views; brief them on the programme intentions; make arrangements for them to be filmed; and look after them before during and after filming.• When requested, to attend filming and carry out duties as required, including HD shooting, Still Picture /operating sound.

Duties/Responsibilities:As an Associate Producer on 71 TV, I Direct and Assist some regular weekly program such as "Khonokal", "Joyotu", "Protishonglap" & "Music Buzz".For the programs, I do some regular work with my skills, abilities and experience including-1. Associate the producer to select topic and guests/characters for the program.2. Contact with guests for the program and arrangement of their transportation.3. Prepare some PKG, Story, VFX, Information, Guest remuneration, studio schedule etc.4. Edit a rough cut for producer or program editor.5. After Final Preview and approval I make sure the program is fully ready for on-air.6. The program which I direct (Khonokal) is on my own responsibility to complete all those tasks and get ready for on-air.

Duties/Responsibilities:As a production executive on Channel 24 I assisted some regular news and feature program such as "News Flash", "News Hour ", "Prime Time News", "Sports News", "Business News", "Talk Show" etc. I was engaged doing tasks including-1. Help the producer to prepare the news for on-air.2. Make the headlines of News.3. Prepare some VFX, Information, Guest remuneration, studio schedule etc.4. Edit a rough cut for producer or program editor.5. After Final Preview and approval I make sure the program is fully ready for on-air.
