Researched and drafted a proposal to enhance web accessibility of the International Transport Forum website.My advice included provision of:- an overview of existing international web accessibility levels;- local and international legal web accessibility requirements, including potential implications of EU vote for greater accessibility for all in March 2014;- technical requirements for back office implementation;- implications for existing and future workflows;- industry references and contacts.

Completed an internship at the International Transport Forum (ITF) of the OECD. Responsibilities included:- developing a concept to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the ITF;- drafting and editing media briefing;- coordinating a comprehensive program for the ITF's 3-day Annual Summit;- providing real-time coverage of the Annual Summit through social media channels and the ITF website, as part of a communications support team.

Prepared marketing and economic outlook reports, managed marketing and communications for Australia and Noumea, developed strategic policy for the Asia-Pacific, and coordinated Australia and New Zealand’s governance and budget responsibilities.
