1. Assist in developing and managing the IBC department to run the ongoing In-Building Coverage (IBC) 5G project• Manage new build IBC (In-building Coverage) which include 5G through RFI / RFP process.• Prepare budget for IBC deployment, seek for approval.• Conducted, coordinate and monitor Team under IBC DNB 5G Project.• Makes and check Technical Proposal and coverage analysis report to meet DNB KPI.• Testing, configuration and coordinate team to do a Single Site Verification Report (SVV).• Represent company in IBC meeting to discuss and set the latest standard as follow KPI by DNB.

1. Directly involved in the management, preparation and testing for In-Building Coverage (IBC) covering 2G, 3G & 4G systems for several MNOS.• Conducted a survey for all IBC projects including new own infra, retrofit, sharing and other.• Prepared a Technical Proposal and quotation which related with IBC system under Maxis, UMobile, Sunway, DNB and other MNOs.• Manage and control for status and progress of the project including prepared the Work Schedule, conducting supervisor and sub-contractor to ensure all implemented project meet company KPI.• Conducted and manage team to do configuration and testing at site by using special tools and telecommunication system.• Support team for C&C Universal Engineering Sdn. Bhd.2. Design planning and dimensioning of 4G and 5G In-building coverage system for deploy Network Facilities Provider (NFP) project.• Represent company in IBC forum to discuss and set the industry standard as well as collaboration in common sharing project.• Determine 4G and 5G Indoor KPI and oversee the design of 4G and 5G In-building coverage for hospital, Medical Centre, government & enterprise office for all areas and hot spot locations.• Consultant for clients in designing and planning projects related to the IBC system.• Prepare budget for IBC deployment, seek for approval.
