I am a very passionate entrepreneur that continuously contemplates innovative solutions for the wine industry by tapping into my cultural roots, and providing representation to BIPOC wine consumers.This became the thesis of starting my own winery, called Saanj Winery, a Seattle-based winery whose mission is to honor tradition and diversity by crafting quality wines and cultivating lasting connections. The word Saanj is rooted in Punjab (northern India) that embodies the essence of a harmonious space fostering deep connections across diverse backgrounds. Saanj winery is more than just a place—it's a celebration of unity, art, and individual stories, using wine as the bridge to forge authentic bonds. Saanj is the creation of a shared experience and connections birthed through the art of wine.--Previously--I have held senior and managerial roles in Trade Compliance working with multinational companies in creating trade framework for exportation and importation. I have 8+ years in the trade compliance world working towards solutions for complex trade regulatory regimes in countries within Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle-East, Africa, and North America.
