Key Focus Areas: Energy, Water, and Waste Management, Partnerships, and Stakeholder Engagement:- Oversees TNDC’s portfolio-wide sustainability program across 50+ (3.5M sq. ft) sites and responsible for achieving targets for energy & water reduction, carbon reduction, and waste diversion.- Oversees Utiltieis budget and power procurement, implement energy and water capital improvement projects, Solar PV and Thermal installations generating operational savings. - Collaborate with the design-construction teams and consultants on sustainable design and healthy and low-carbon building materials. Provides strategic support in achieving - LEED, GPR, FitWel, and the Living Building Challenge (LBC) certification.- Develops waste management strategies and zero-waste programs at sites increasing diversion rate - Driving innovation through pilots - fuel switching to electric heat pumps and Solar+Storage for climate resilience.- Implements employee and tenant engagement programs that boost satisfaction and behavior change.- Manage public relations and communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Serve as a GREEN Advisory Board Member. The GREEN Advisory Board guides CHPC's work to increase and enhance energy efficiency, solar, and water resources for multifamily affordable rental properties in California. The Board also ensures that CHPC’s policy priorities remain grounded in the needs and issues of our nonprofit owner constituency by providing CHPC staff with strategic input on GREEN’s work.

Key Focus Areas: Sustainability Management, Data Analysis, Stakeholder Engagement, and Reporting1. Performed quantitative and qualitative data analyses to measure and manage the environmental footprint of over 1200 properties using benchmarking platforms, identified energy and water cost saving opportunities.2. Assisted in the design and creation of EZ Retrofit – an energy and water audit tool for multifamily buildings and conducted over 50 energy audits to identify environmental opportunities.3. Collaborated with operations staff and consultants to review and develop technical resources- policies, procurement standards, and best practices.4. Led and facilitated Energy & Data peer groups to build relationship among 13 member organizations and peer sharing.5. Trained stakeholders on EZ Retrofit tool, industry best practices, data management, and resident engagement via webinars, in-person demonstrations, and meetings. 6. Reported sustainability key metrics and progress to the board and internal stakeholders.SAHF is a network of 13 not-for-profit members committed to long-term affordability of multifamily rental properties for low-income families, seniors, and disabled individuals. SAHF members own and operate housing in 49 states, providing homes to more than 115,000 low-income households.

1. Assisted the Director of Sustainability in building AvalonBay’s 2020 sustainability goals, metrics, and initiatives from bottom-up.2. Developed CSR strategies by engaging internal and external stakeholders via surveys and conducted comprehensive materiality assessment.3. Reviewed procurement processes, recommended supplier engagement strategies, developed a scorecard for screening new suppliers against environmental, labor practices, and human rights criteria.4. Communicated sustainability efforts by drafting 2013 Annual CSR Report as per GRI G4 standards and responded to indices- CDP, GRESB, and Vigeo.

Analyzed financial data, energy and climate change policies and conducted telephone interviews to build a robust market model in Excel.Conducted market sizing and forecasting study on sustainable business spending by the 200 largest Indian firms on 29 CSR initiatives, providing insights to clients on competitors’ environmental spending.

Assisted the Managing Director of Wharton Social Impact (WSI) on Corporate Social Impact projects. Conducted market research on CSR initiatives, organizations, and existing faculty projects related to global corporate social impact activities.

Conducted qualitative meta-analysis on CSR strategies of Coca-Cola, SAB Miller and Total in selected countries ( Brazil, Ecuador, South Africa, France. Colombia and Mozambique).To understand the influence of soci0-economic factors in such countries on the CSR model adopted by multinationals.Performed stakeholder mapping
