• Developing and maintaining comprehensive BIM execution plans (BEP) for each project and outlining the BIM requirements and deliverables for each phase of the project.• Responsible for Monitoring and maintaining project-level CDE and associated workflow.• Developing and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across the organization.• Managing a team of BIM modeler, LiDAR Analyst and scanning team to ensure accurate data capture on the field, validating alignment with project specifications.• Oversee the generation of BIM models from processed point cloud data, ensuring accurate representation of existing conditions.• Implement and manage quality control measures to verify the precision and compliance of Scan to BIM models with project standards.• Creating Dynamo scripts in Autodesk Revit to automize repetitive tasks for the production team.• Conducting project-specific required training in software like Revit, Navisworks for the team as per identified needs. • Ensuring that BIM Model and Scanned point cloud data is being managed and archived appropriately for future use.
