    As the Principal Product Manager at an Embedded finance platform in a biggest branch of MTN , the overall health and success of the fintech product and development of a new SBU for 7MAU by the third quarter of 2023 is my primary responsibility. Close working relationships with UI designers, software architects, SMEs, marketing, and legal teams ensured a seamless onboarding process into the client domain while maintaining compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.The focus was on creating new engaging customer experiences and new revenue features that would enhance the overall value proposition for customers.     Report to : CEO & Board As the Principal Product Manager at the payment service provider , I oversaw the operations of 5 verticals in the Middle East for 7MAU during E2020 9 Quarter. My primary goal was to develop an executive plan and roadmap that would enable a fast growth base of services and revenue for the organization. To achieve this, I formed an internal team and created four cross-functional squad teams to embark on a new mission. My leadership skills were put to the test as I led the product team to create new verticals while ensuring increased marketing efficiency across the product lifecycle. I created a priority feature list based on the roadmap that included both near-term deliverables and long-term strategic initiatives. Over a span of eight quarters starting from E2018, I spearheaded various initiatives during the Define and Design stage to enhance the product's performance.To identify the most crucial features that would add value to the product, I conducted extensive PMF research that involved interviewing over 400 users and analyzing more than 200 workflows. I thoroughly studied the user behavior patterns and pain points associated with the product to gain insight into the user's perspective.
