(IRAN POWER GENERATION TRANSMISSION AND DISTRIBUTION COMPANY) withalmost 700 clients and 55 dependent companies. As mentioned, my vital task is to run, manage and support users with different services like: preparing PCs and laptops for end users, Servers backups and security, Maintenance of all network devices, Monitoring the workstations on network usage, Setup and install all new network devices ,CUSM services and video conferences. Meanwhile I deal with this, I also troubleshoot users networking issues and probable hardware and software matters.
