Expertise of IN\VAS platforms including Nortel IN,Huawei IN, Logica VAS nodes,Openmind Antispam and Opencode USSD.Value Added Service (VAS):• Managing team to perform Operation and maintenance of Acision VAS node (SMSC, PSA, SSG, OMG, Antispam, SSG and ITP).• Managing the team to perform Operation and maintenance of Huawei VAS node (SMSC).• Managing the team to perform Operation and maintenance of Open Code USSD.• Guiding the team for Optimization of SMSC and PSA to stabilize the traffic during events.• Providing technical support and guidance to team to perform different configurations including charging definitions, SSMP account creation, Creation/Modification of USSD menus.• Arranging different audits and prepare optimization strategies for the improvement of VAS network. • Supporting the team to handle different faults and follow with vendors for early resolution.
