• Responsible for Recruitment of new employees and training, • Checking and auditing of all payrolls, ensuring legislative & reward compliance reporting e.g. Annual leave. • Assisting and Addressing Human Resource and Administrative issues.• Scheduling of Workforce and Roster Management.• Maintaining database of employees file and the HR filing system.• Compensation and benefits administration and record keeping.• Final Settlement of employees.• Development of the Human Resources department.• Report Generation of Attendance from Bio Matrix (TIS) software.• Correspondence with the 3rd Party Staff providers.• Maintenance of employee records, data and files.• Co-ordination with Finance and vendor for payroll disbursements.• Compliance management.• Managing with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.• Reporting of employee safety, welfare, wellness, health and employee services.• Conducting in-house and external training activities.• Prepare badges, passes, and identification cards, and perform other security-related duties.
