• Managing 8 members team of Development.• Designed and developed National Entitlement Program – Payment System to enable pensioners, widowers, war victims and welfare recipients with financial assistance through a biometric fingerprint and iris enabled payment system. This project encompasses the enrolment of citizens’ biometrics and biographic details on smart cards to claim the benefits by authentication and validation through the secured payment system for 6 million of population. This Enrolment Software to be deployed nationwide across 110 geographically dispersed locations in Iraq. • Conceptualized, designed and developed Biometric SIM verification System for Mobilink using .Net, Android and JEE technologies. The application works by getting National ID card number, desired MSISDN and a fingerprint impression of the applicant. A subsequent verification by Mobilink CRM and the National Database and Registration Authority based on computerized National ID card number is done and SIM is issued to the customer.• Designed and developed the Pakistan’s first Java Smart Card and MIFARE DESFire EV1 based Access Control Application• Architecture Design for All projects developed in Secure Tech Consultancy.• Architecture Design and Developed the complete Highly Secure Smart Card/ RFID based Personnel Access Control System and Vehicle Access Control System for the Government of Pakistan.• Designed and development of Biometric SIM Issueance Pakistan Telecom Industry.• Designed and development of Biometric Voter Registration for Kenya for Successful Demo.• Part of the team for Consultancy Services to Review Kenya Power & Lighting Co (KPLC)’s ICT Systems.• Participated in the Consultancy Project for Kenya Integrated Population System.• Did the Analysis for E-Driving Licence and Vehicle Registration at Khartoum In Sudan.

Designated as the company’s Development Manager and System Architect, I establish the development of ooober core platform and messaging framework for the USA, Canada and Pakistan market. Worked firmly with ten development team members in leading the Architecture Design for all projects developed in ooober. Participated in development of Electronic Management Record System, a product targeted for US health care industry. Electronic Management Record System (EMR) will assist the service provider (Clinic or hospital) to manage all the clinical as well as financial information of the patients, following all the standards recommended by US health department. In addition to this it will help the physicians in diagnosing the patient’s problem and suggest the treatment accordingly.o Responsibilities included: • Developed major part of the client side framework and partial server side framework of the project. Analysis the Laboratory Module and perform the following distinct activities:• Developed all components used at the client side (including Panel, Table, Text Field, Text Area, Combo Box etc). These components provide the binding facility for the developer at design time. Developer binds the component with the Model’s property. Each component performs its own validation also.• Model and Database Queries Generator. It generates Model object and insert, update, delete, findByPrimarykey and Search queries.• Developed Generic Search utility, which performs search in a separate thread.• Designed and Developed Reference Data Controller for Both Client side and Server side.• Developed Application Main Page Customized. It facilitates user to customize his/her Main Page for the Application (just like Yahoo Home page and Lotus Notes page Customizer).• Developed Object to XML parser. Participated in development of Hospital Information Management System, a project of Liaquat National Hospital Karachi. Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) is an integrated, single-solution Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system built exclusively for healthcare. Based on a three-tiered network design concept, HIMS allows for scalability and central management of business rules.o Responsibilities included:• Developed partial part of the client side framework and major part of server side framework of the project. Design of Pharmacy, Store and Scheduling. I took part in the development of payment module and perform the following distinct activities:• Developed Code Generators including Session Bean Generator, Value Object Generator, Entity Bean Generator, and View Generator.• Developed Panel populator and Value Object setter.
