Therapeutic expertise in CNS. Significantly influenced prelaunch strategic planning and project implementation. Identified KOLs and opportunities for key partnerships. Co-lead on Phase IV trial initiative. Successfully advocated for an important IIT impacting guidelines.  Successfully negotiated a major Patient Support Program. Developed $1.5 Million institutional strategy Led speaker training and slide deck development as a tactical approach to addressing risks. Organized, implemented and co-led Otsuka’s first National Consultancy meeting involving 15 Therapeutic Thought Leaders and internal partners to form the brand strategic direction.

IDS Epilepsy Project brings together 25 epilepsy researchers and industry partners from across Ontario to advance innovative treatments for intractable epilepsy. This major research effort aims to improve epilepsy care in Ontario. Major research Centers that make up the IDS Epilepsy Project include: University of Toronto, University of Western Ontario, McMaster University, University Health Network, Hospital for Sick Children, Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario, Lawson Health Research Institute, and Hamilton Health Sciences Corporation.

 Coordinated interested parties to start a major Investigator Initiated Study (IIS) at No Cost to JOI. This study brought together four investigators embarking on a two year study of an injectable antipsychotic on more than sixty patients. Secured support from marketing and the CNS Medical Director. Cost: Zero. Created a novel CHE program linking Obesity and ADHD. This program significantly benefited patients lives, resulted in a new source of revenue, and was Awarded the Outstanding Innovative Initiative in 2009. Trained 12 Canadian Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) prior to launch of a monthly injectible antipsychotic. This involved significant planning with Marketing and the Sales Force across three Provinces within very tight timelines. Gained therapeutic expertise in CNS and Psychiatry including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. Experienced clinical Preceptorships; Participated in several international Scientific Conferences; Presented on multiple disorders at Hospital Rounds, CHE programs, training programs, & more.

 Consistent top contributor to the Number One District (2005, 2006, 2007). Consistently performed above 100% sales targets for five consecutive years, winning a Preformance Award in 2005. Successfully managed the largest and most complex territory within Business Unit.  Planned and executed tactical CHE programs that resulted in exclusive access to many “No-See” Doctors and Clinics. Persistent effort with courage and integrity made me the Preferred Representative for an unusually large proportion of clients. Gained therapeutic expertise in anti-infectives and hormonal contraceptives
