Bid Management : • Review of RFP, preparation of synopsis, compliance report and contract documents.• Developing commercials for bidding purpose in co-ordination with SCM and stake holders to setup realistic margins.• Coordinating with different departments to develop query list regarding current RFPs. • Analyzing clauses in the draft contract which may have a financial/technical risk in accomplishing the project.• Documentation for the tender proposal.• Planning of Project Delivery Plans.• Technically assisting vendors for product compliance. • Extracting and feeding customer requirements to vendors and designers, and creating an effective proposal with received technical & commercial data. • Developing MIS reports of the pre – sales activities for the company.

A 6 weeks summer internship as MET at Oil tech llc's Used Lube Oil re-refinery plant was undertaken. The study project assigned dealt with operation, maintenance and control of various mechanical machinery and equipment used to run the plant. The internship gave an insight on mechanical as well as automation aspects of the process plant industry.
